Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in our lives. To be effective and fair to all of our customers, full payment is required for the following conditions:
- No-show or missed appointments.
- Cancellations within a 3 hour time window prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
- Late arrivals – arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive 10 minutes early.
Sick Policy
Please RESCHEDULE if you are ill – DO STAY HOME and DO NOT come to your appointment if you are feeling sick or if you suspect that you may be sick.
